Registration for most Circuit Lab programs is handled by our host sites. Only classes where Circuit Lab handles registration directly are shown below. You can find registration links for other classes on the map and list views here.

Note that this list contains only classes that process registration through Circuit Lab – many of our class locations process their own registrations.

As guardian(s) of the student, a minor, that I register for a Circuit Lab program, I do hereby consent to his/her participation in Circuit Lab Programs and do forever release, acquit, discharge, and covenant to hold harmless Circuit Lab and its host organizations, successors, departments, officers, employees, servants and agents, of and from any and all actions, causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, loss of services, expenses and compensation on account of, or in any way growing out of, directly or indirectly, all known and unknown personal injuries or property damage which we/I may now or hereafter have as the parent(s) or guardian(s) of said minor, and also all claims or right of action for damages which said minor has or hereafter may acquire, either before or after he/she has reached his/her majority resulting or to result from his/her participation in the Circuit Lab Programs. Furthermore, we/I hereby agree to protect Circuit Lab and its host organizations, successors, departments, officers, employees, servants and agents against any claim for damages, compensation or otherwise on the part of said minor growing out of or resulting from injury to said minor in connection with his/her participation in the Circuit Lab Programs, and to indemnify, reimburse or make good to the Circuit Lab or its host organizations, successors, departments, officers, employees, servants and agents any loss or damages or costs, including attorney’s fees, Circuit Lab may have to pay if any litigation arises from said minor’s intentional, grossly negligent, or reckless acts or omissions while participating in Circuit Lab Programs.

Photo Release Waiver:
As guardian(s) of the student, a minor, that I register for a Circuit Lab program, I hereby grant Circuit Lab permission to take, use, and publish the student’s photograph in Circuit Lab’s printed and internet publications. I understand that the images may be used in whole or in part for print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media. I also understand that no royalty, fee, ownership, or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.

I acknowledge that published information may be captioned with the location at which the photographs were taken. I release Circuit Lab from any expectation of confidentiality for the registered student and myself.
